Privacy Policy

This policy describes GeoBeam's current data practices in plain language. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by your own counsel before relying on it for compliance.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, used for passwordless magic-link sign-in. We do not store passwords.

Snapshot configuration: the domain, category, ICP, competitors, target market or language, and priority buying-intent queries you provide.

Generated monitoring data: AI answers, parsed brand and competitor mentions, and cited URLs produced when scans run.

Operational data: basic logs, usage, and rate-limit state needed to run and protect the service.

How we use data

To deliver the AI visibility snapshot: run scans, parse mentions, verify citations, and produce evidence-backed actions.

To operate, secure, and improve the service, including cost and abuse controls.

To communicate with you about setup, billing, and account activity.

AI provider processing

To capture AI answers, the buying-intent prompts you configure are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and, when enabled, Perplexity). Those providers process the prompt to return an answer.

We do not send your customers' personal data to providers as part of standard monitoring.

Sharing and aggregation

We do not sell personal data.

Aggregated, anonymized metrics from the shared query pool may be used to publish public leaderboards and research reports. These do not expose any single customer's private configuration.

Data retention

We retain account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Infrastructure

Data is stored and processed on Cloudflare's edge platform (Workers, D1, KV, Queues, and R2). Email delivery is handled by our email provider for magic-link authentication.
