Terms of Service

These terms describe how GeoBeam is offered today, in plain language. They are provided for transparency and should be reviewed by your own counsel before relying on them.

The service

GeoBeam provides AI search visibility monitoring: it scans buying-intent prompts, parses brand and competitor mentions from AI answers, verifies citation URLs, and produces evidence-backed actions.

The current offer is a paid AI visibility snapshot. New setups remain inactive until payment and manual activation.

No ranking guarantee

GeoBeam monitors, explains, and recommends. It does not guarantee that AI answers will mention or recommend your brand, and it does not guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic, or revenue outcome.

AI answer engines are third-party systems that change without notice. Metrics are directional and based on sampled scans.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate setup information and to use GeoBeam only for lawful monitoring of brands and categories you are permitted to research.

You agree not to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its providers.

Billing

Paid snapshots are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. During the concierge phase, billing may be handled manually.

Fees for delivered work are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Data and content

You retain ownership of the configuration you provide. You grant GeoBeam the rights needed to run scans and deliver the snapshot.

Aggregated, anonymized query-pool metrics may be used to publish public leaderboards and reports.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoBeam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
